Surana Evening College acknowledges and honours the academic achievers and exceptional performers in cultural, arts, literature, music, and sports from the graduating classes during the graduation ceremony. A committee of faculty members, led by the principal, carefully evaluates the nominations for these awards. The recipients are awarded a citation along with a monetary prize. The subsequent student awards have been established.

Academic Proficiency Awards

The highest achiever in terms of total score across all semesters from the university examinations for each program upon completion of the program.

The Best Outgoing Student Award

The selection criteria for the top outgoing student encompass academic excellence, active engagement in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, contributions to both the department and the college, as well as participation in extension and outreach initiatives.

Kalaprathibha Award

The Kalaprathibha award is conferred upon the top performer in cultural and arts events across college, university, state, and national levels.

Kreedarathna Award

The best sports performers (a boy and a girl) from the final year undergraduate batches at the college, university, state and national levels receive the Kreedarathna award.

Sangeetprathibha Award

The best music talent from the graduating batch receives the Sangeetprathibha award.

Saahityprathibha Award

Saahityprathibha award is presented to the best talent in literary areas from the graduating class.
