Mentoring
At Surana Evening College, mentoring has been regarded as a premier practice since its establishment. The mentors dedicate their time and effort to the mentees, ensuring that they receive numerous opportunities for comprehensive development throughout their time at the institution. The mentors possess extensive experience and provide guidance and support to the mentees that is rooted in value. Mentors seek to involve the student community through a range of initiatives, focussing on both personal and professional growth. The organisation guarantees that the mentor-mentee ratio is suitable to offer individualised attention to each mentee.
