Students Council
Objective
Represent the student body and act as a liaison between students and the college administration.
Responsibilities
- Organize student meetings and forums to discuss issues and concerns.
- Plan and propose necessary budget for student council activities.
- Represent student interests in college committees and meetings.
- Facilitate communication between students and college administration.
- Organize events and activities that promote student engagement and leadership.
- Maintain records of student council meetings and activities.

- Ensure student council activities are inclusive and representative of the student body.
- Promote transparency and accountability in student council operations.
Protocol to be Followed
- The Convenor must use the committee seal on all circulars and documents issued by the committee.
- Announce student council meetings and events well in advance through circulars and online platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including participant details, outcomes, and feedback.
- Submit a statistical report on committee activities and achievements to the Principal at the end of each semester.
- Coordinate with the Timetable Committee to organize events without disrupting regular academic activities.
- Ensure timely communication with students regarding council activities and updates.
- Hold regular meetings with council members to plan and review activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of council initiatives on student engagement and satisfaction.
- Submit the meeting books on the 5th of every month.
- Maintain files for all activities mentioned in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Meeting Books, and Budget Proposed File.
- Submit a report after each activity/event.
